HelpDesk instance is a single installation to a single SharePoint site.
The agent is a SharePoint user who processes tickets and gets notifications about their creation or modification. The agents are added to contacts and have an accordant role.
The comment is a message sent to HelpDesk or a reply added through the HelpDesk widget or interface.
You can install HelpDesk without purchasing a subscription. It activates a free 30-day trial. Thus, you can try our product with no limits. If you choose not to buy the subscription after the trial expiration, HelpDesk will stop working.
You can choose your billing cycle — purchase for one year or pay month-to-month. The subscription is linked to a SharePoint Online domain (yourdomain.sharepoint.com). Plans’ differences are listed in the table below. When you spend nearly 70% of your monthly comments, we will send you a notification about that. Thus, you will have enough time to purchase 500 additional comments or request the plan upgrade at sales@plumsail.com. In this case, you will have to pay a differential cost of the higher plan. If the comments are over, we suspend email synchronization and block comment creation until the next comment renewal.

The “Yacht” and “Ocean liner” plans provide a special license for Plumsail Forms. It allows modifying SharePoint forms in these HelpDesk lists:

If you customize other lists, you will see a trial message in the Plumsail Forms UI. It is because you don’t have a full subscription. You can still customize the HelpDesk forms, but for others, you need to buy the Plumsail Forms subscription.
